  • Press F4 or double-click to select from a list of available codes or to use the SuperSelect options.
  • Press Enter to accept the default of ALL.
Show tax effects?Select if you want tax effects to appear on the report; otherwise, leave this checkbox clear.
SetupSelect to choose between the Standard or Crystal-Link report format.
