For each of your live and test companies in Spectrum, confirm that you have enabled the
Data Exchange
module.
You must repeat the
following steps for each company that you want to use in Traqspera. Each of these companies should be assigned to your
Traqspera operator.
In Spectrum, select System Administration > Installation > Company.
The Company Installation screen opens.
Select the Modules tab.
Confirm that you have selected the checkbox for
the Data Exchange module. If not, select this checkbox
now.
Select the next applicable company code from the
company dropdown in the upper right of the page.
Repeat steps 1-4.
Important: The Company Installation screen does not
refresh when you switch company codes. Each time you choose a different
company code, you must select System Administration > Installation > Company again to access the information for that company.
