On Traqspera's Time Off Requests page, status indicators show the current state of time off requests that were sent for approval.
The status indicators and their descriptions are as follows:
- Approved (display in green): These requests have been approved by a supervisor.
- Declined (display in red): These requests have been declined by a supervisor.
- Error (display in light yellow with an Error icon
): These requests do not have
matching timesheet entries or are associated with time entries that need to be
exported to Spectrum. - Pending (display in dark yellow): These requests are awaiting supervisor approval.
- Exported (display in blue): These requests and their associated time entries have been exported to Spectrum and cannot be edited.
