What's New in Traqspera 2024 R5.1

The 2024 R5.1 release of Traqspera allows you to export expenses associated with equipment jobs and work orders to AP Expenses. This release is available as of June 13, 2024.

New Features

Export Equipment Job Expenses to AP Expenses

Costs associated with equipment jobs are now exported to AP Expenses. The export includes the equipment code and cost category.

Note: If you are using the Preventive Maintenance (PM) module and you have cost categories set to Require equipment work order, no costs associated with those cost categories are exported. (Expenses associated with PM work orders are not currently exported.) To determine your cost category setup in Spectrum, go to Equipment Control > Maintenance > Cost Category. In the Edit Cost Category window, review the Data entry setting.

Improvements

Export Work Order Expenses to AP Expenses

You can now export expenses charged to a work order department to AP Expenses.

Default Job Rate Level and Per Diem Amount Fields Moved

You can now enter a default Rate Level and Per Diem Amount ($) by job on the Manage Labor and Equipment Rates page. Filter by Labor Rates > Job Rates, and then select a job. In the Job Default Values for Spectrum Export section, enter a default rate level and per diem amount for the selected job.

Note: With this change, the Job Default Values for Spectrum Export page (Settings > Spectrum Settings > Manage Rate Level), previously used for entering default rate levels and per diem amounts, has been removed.
