The 2024 R7 release of Traqspera includes the option to sync employee user-defined fields from Spectrum and improvements to export .csv files. This release is available as of July 25, 2024.

New Equipment Transaction Type Options
You can now allow users to select Full or Operating as the Billing Type for equipment entries. Configure these new options in the Equipment Entry Types Allowed setting.
Improvements
Welcome Email
The new user welcome email now includes instructions on how to download and install the Traqspera mobile application.
Timesheet Export Files

Improved headers and columns on the .csv export files for timesheets, equipment, and expenses to prevent issues when importing these files into Spectrum.

Expense entries now export to a .zip file instead of directly to a .csv file. This allows multiple expense types (such as AP Expenses and Pre-Time Expenses) to be exported in separate .csv files but in the same batch.
Timesheets
The 2024 R5 release included the ability to Filter Union Codes and Wage Codes by Job. If you have configured this option, you will notice the following changes in the current release.

If the user selects a job that is a Job Cost job, but leaves the union code or wage code fields blank, those fields will remain blank when the entry is saved.

If the user selects a job that is not a Job Cost job during time entry:

The union code and wage code filters show all respective union codes and wage codes in the system.

If the user leaves the union code or wage code field blank, the default union code or wage code on the employee's record is saved with the entry.
