Improvements
Coming Soon: Trimble ID Required to Log In
Logging in with Trimble ID will be required for all users in an upcoming 2024 release. At that time, you will no longer be allowed to log in with your Traqspera user account credentials.
To prepare for this change, users must link their Trimble ID to a Traqspera user account. Select Log In Using TID on the Login page to get started linking your accounts. You can do this now, or you can come back to the Login page to do this at your earliest convenience.

Equipment
You can now add a new equipment status directly from the Import Configuration Settings page. Previously, you could add an equipment status only when creating or editing a piece of equipment.
In the Equipment Import Configuration section, select the plus sign + in the Equipment Status Name header. This opens the Equipment Status window where you can add, edit, or remove an equipment status as needed.

Jobs
-
Added the Superintendent field to the Create Job, Edit Job, Job, and Job List pages. This field is visible only if you have enabled the Superintendent Filter in Application Settings.
-
You can assign a Superintendent to jobs created in Traqspera, not jobs imported from Spectrum.
-
When editing a job, you can change the superintendent on overhead jobs only.
-
-
Improved loading speed for the Job Status Task Configuration page. Additionally, changes made on this page are now saved automatically. The Save Changes button has been removed.
Mobile
-
A Spanish language version of the mobile application is now available. On the Profile page, select the new Language dropdown field to change the language from English (default) to Spanish. Users can refer to Change the Language in the Mobile Application for help.
Note:-
The default language used in the application is based on your device settings. If the default language on a device is set to a language other than English or Spanish, the mobile application defaults to English.
-
Any field names that are customized in Application Settings display as entered in the relevant setting and are not translated.
-
-
You can now edit equipment days and hours on Daily Reports in the mobile application. To use this feature, the user must have the Can Edit Labor and Equipment Hours permission.
Time Off
On the Time Off Setup page (), the following changes were made in the Event Type Job Mapping section:
-
The Totals Type field was renamed Linked Spectrum Balance.
- You can now link multiple time off types to the same
Spectrum balance.
Note: The Time Off Requests page () displays only one total per time off type. If you map multiple time off types to a Spectrum balance, only the first one listed in the Event Type Job Mapping table displays on the Time Off Requests page.
For help configuring time off in your portal, see Configure Time Off Requests.
Timesheets
-
You can now allow users to code equipment usage (EU) timesheet entries to a department by enabling the new setting Use Departments on Equipment.
Note: This new setting applies only if you have also enabled the setting Use Departments. -
The service work order export now includes intercompany work orders.
Issues Fixed
-
On LEM reports, the dollar sign ($) was showing in the Grand Total in the header even if the setting Show Rate Table on LEMs was set to No.
-
Users could not export AP expenses when advanced authentication was enabled.
