The 2026 R14 release of Traqspera introduces unified Employee Details and includes defect corrections. This release is available as of July 16, 2026.
Unified Employee Details
As part of our ongoing unification efforts, Employee Details is now connected across Traqspera and HR Management.
Employees and admins no longer need to guess which product holds the information they need; all employee information is now centralized in one location.
HR-licensed customers can now navigate seamlessly between Traqspera and HR Management employee profiles without losing context. The right system opens for each section based on where the data lives and what each user is allowed to see.
How It Works
From HR Management, you can jump directly into the following Traqspera employee profile sections:
- Certifications
- Time Off Requests
- Time Off Balance
- Additional Info
To add Managed users, you must be a Trimble ID user and have access to Trimble's Admin Console with the Account Owner, Secondary Account Owner, or License Admin role. For more information, see Getting Started with Admin Console for Managed Users - Video and Admin Console Onboarding Guide.
: Recommended for field and mobile employees who just
use Traqspera. These users
receive invites via text or email and log in with an assigned username and
password. System admins are responsible for creating and managing their
credentials.
: Recommended for office employees or those using
multiple Trimble products.
These users log in with their Trimble ID credentials and manage their own security
settings.
: Existing users created prior to this release that
don't have a Trimble ID. Admins can
easily convert Legacy
users to Managed
users with a bulk conversion tool.
