The 2026 R9 release of Traqspera includes an improved Trimble ID re-invitation process and time off requests improvements. This release is available as of May 20, 2026.
Improved System Access Visibility & Management
- No Trimble ID: identifies users who have not been invited to Trimble ID.
- Invite Expired: identifies users who have not accepted their invite to Trimble ID within 48 hours.
Select Invite Unlinked Users to TID to send Trimble ID invites to all users with these two statuses.

Time Off Requests Export & Additional Filters
On the Time Off Requests page, you can now export time off requests to a .csv file. The exported file inherits the filters you apply to the Time Off Requests page.

Timeclock Users Exempted from Trimble ID Migration
Timeclock users are now no longer required to migrate to Trimble ID. You can set timeclock user passwords on the User Management page. For more information, see Reset a User's Password.

Crew Timesheet Optimization
You can now load jobs faster on the Crew Timesheet page.
Expanded Employee Management CSV Export
The employee export from the Employee Management page now includes Department and Supervisor fields.
Filtered User Management CSV Export
The Download User & Permissions CSV export on the User Management page now follows your set filters.
Company Selector Enterprise Ordering
If you belong to multiple companies in different enterprises, the currently-selected enterprise is always listed first. All other enterprises are listed alphabetically.
