Export order or invoice history

Modified: 6 Oct 2026 Trimble Account Services Help

Account Owners and Secondary Account Owners can export the account's entire order and/or invoice history to CSV files downloadable from the Admin Console.

To export your organization's order or invoice history in the Admin Console to a CSV file:
  1. In the left pane, select Billing & Payment.
  2. Scroll to locate the information type you want to export and select Export.
    • Order History - for a list of your organization's order quantities and dates.
    • Invoices - for billing history.
The export is handled in the background to avoid interrupting your workflow. If a large data export will take several minutes to process, an automated email signals when the export is ready to download from the Exports page.
  3. Go to the Exports page and select the download icon.
The export downloads to your default download location.
  4. Use your text editor or spreadsheet application of choice to open the downloaded file.
