To change details related to shipping or billing in Admin Console, you must create a new Trimble ID account.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the company name or address affiliated with your account. For this reason, it's highly recommended that you wait until your current subscription ends before changing the name or address.
If it's imperative that you update these details without waiting until your current subscription ends, you will need to
- create a new account and
- purchase new licenses
Furthermore, you will not receive refunds for any licenses associated with the prior account, even if they go unused.
Important: When creating your new account, do not use any email addresses already affiliated with a Trimble ID.
To begin the process of changing the company address or name:
- In Admin Console, Turn Off Auto Renewal to all active subscriptions to prevent them from renewing.
- Wait until your subscription ends to proceed.
- Once your subscription ends, return to the Trimble store where you made your original purchases.
- Create a new account with your updated company name or address.
- Complete your new orders.
- Assign your new licenses to all of your users.
