Turn Off Auto Renewal

In the Admin Console, you can turn off auto renewal so that your subscription you purchased from shop.trimble.com doesn't renew.

To cancel a subscription you purchased via a sales representative, contact your sales representative.

Turning off a subscription's auto renewal does not immediately terminate your subscription. You retain access to the licenses until the subscription ends.

To turn off a subscription's auto renewal in the Admin Console:

In the left pane, select Products & Licenses.
In the table, locate and select the name of the subscription you want to end.
Select Turn off auto-renewal.
A confirmation dialog opens.
Enter the reason for canceling your subscription and select Cancel subscription.

Auto-renew is disabled for the subscription. You retain access to the products and features in your subscription until the original expiration date.
