For non-federated Trimble ID accounts, users can turn multifactor authentication (MFA) off (or back on) at any time for their Trimble ID sign-in from the My Profile page.
To disable your MFA, you must still have access to at least one MFA method. If you don't have access to any MFA method or device, contact Support to regain access to your account.
- Sign in to your account at myprofile.trimble.com.
- In the the Multi-Factor Authentication section, select the toggle accordingly.
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up window, enter your password, and select Submit.
- Enter your second-factor authentication, select Submit, and confirm your action.
