In Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer, you can create and manage ToDos to communicate information with all stakeholders throughout the project.
The ToDos list displays the ToDos added to the project. You can add ToDos and collaborate with other project members. ToDos are shared to all project members by default, but you can select a user or a user group to assign the ToDo with the due date that it needs to be resolved.
ToDo Visibility
ToDos can be made private to the author or public to all users in the project. By default, ToDos are visible for all users in the project. If you are a Project Administrator, you can change the privacy settings in the Trimble Connect for Browser application.
Filter ToDos
Filter ToDos by the ones that have been assigned to you or all ToDos in the project.
Group ToDos
Grouping is done through a dropdown menu in the top right part of the ToDos tab. ToDos aren't grouped by default.
- Author Status
- Priority Type
- Creation date
- Last modified date
Search ToDos
In Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer, use the search frield to search ToDos.
Search parameters: ToDo Title, ToDo label
To search ToDos:
- Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser and navigate to the 3D Viewer.
- After you have loaded a model inside the Viewer, open the ToDo panel.
- Select the Search button to open the search field.
- Type the search word in the search field.
Sort ToDos
In Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer, you can sort ToDos by Date created, Name, Date modified, Priority, and Status.
By default, ToDos are sorted by Date created (most recent on top).
To sort the ToDo listing:
- Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser and navigate to the 3D Viewer.
- After you have loaded a model inside the Viewer, open the ToDo panel.
- Open the Sort drop-down menu.
- Choose the desired sort order.
