Use journal entries to bring in your initial balances and to manually adjust account balances. Journal entries are important to maintain accurate financial records.
Journal entries are tracked on the Journal Entries Hub,
which is organized in tabs:

Posted: Lists all journal entries that have been posted in the system.

Drafts: Lists the journal entries that have entered but not yet been submitted. These journal entries remain in draft form until you pass the validations and select to create the journal entry in the final step of the Add Journal Entry guided entry assistant.
