Create and manage invoices and customer payments for jobs.

Invoices and payments are tracked on the Billing Hub, which is organized in tabs:

  • Active: Lists all active invoices in the system.

  • Drafts: Lists the invoices that have information entered in the system but have not yet been created. These invoices remain in draft form until you pass the validations and create the invoice in the final step of the Add Billing guided entry assistant.

  • Archived: Lists the invoices that have been collected.
