Set up and manage jobs.

As part of job setup, you can add new customers, create a contract proposal, specify payment terms, and download a copy of the project estimate to send to the customer. Jobs are tracked on the Job Hub, which is organized in tabs:

  • Active: Lists all active jobs in the system. See each job's progress, revenue, profit, and margin at a glance.

  • Proposals: Lists contract proposals awaiting customer approval.

  • Drafts: Lists the jobs that have information entered in the system but have not yet been finalized. These jobs remain in draft form until you pass the validations and select to create the job in the final step of the Add Job guided entry assistant.

  • Archived: Lists the jobs that you no longer want to see. These include draft jobs, proposals that were never approved, active jobs that were canceled, and active jobs that are completed or closed.
