Edit a Job

Use the guided entry assistant to edit existing jobs and proposals.

  1. From the sidebar menu, select Jobs.
  2. Find the job you want to edit.
    • If you want to edit a job that you did not finish creating a proposal for, search for your job on the Drafts tab.
    • If you want to edit a job with a completed proposal but the customer has not signed it, search for your job on the Proposals tab.
  3. Select the job to open it.
  4. Either finish entering details in the workflow or select the link for the section you want to edit on the proposal summary. For example, Proposal Details, Customer Details, or Payment Terms.

    You can also edit contract items and costs by selecting a link in the Estimated Items section. For example, Materials or Labor.

  5. Edit the information as needed.
  6. When you are finished, select next multiple times to return to the summary page.
Your changes are saved automatically. If you use Traqspera, this job is automatically updated. A message displays to notify you that the proposal has been updated.
