The 2026 R3 release of Trimble Financials adds header access to help and community resources, common job tasks from active job details with less retyping, and payment detail review on archived billings and invoices. This release is available as of August 13, 2026.
Actions on Active Job Details
Add billings, record expenses, or close out a job from active job details. Select Actions in the job header to start these tasks with job details already filled in: less retyping when you add billings or expenses.

Payment Details on Archived Billings and Invoices
After you collect a payment or pay an invoice expense, review its details without digging through your transaction history. Find the record on the Archived tab in Billings or Expenses.
