A guide to the automated billing reminders you can send to subcontractors.
Recipients
All email reminders are sent to the subcontractor organization's Project POC; if no one has the Project POC role, the email reminder is sent to all project members.
Criteria
Email reminders are sent only when all the following are true:
- The general contractor is not self performing the contract.
- The subcontractor has accepted the contract invite, is eligible to submit an Application for Payment, and has not archived the project.
- The contract is assigned to the current period.
- The contract is not fully complete and is not waiting for retainage to be released.
Timing
