Modified: 18 Sep 2026 Trimble Pay Help

A reference for completing the fields in the Create new requirement window or in the Update requirement window.

The fields described in the table below appear in two different windows.
  • When setting up a compliance requirement, the Create new requirement button opens the Create new requirement window.
  • When adjusting a compliance requirement, the Update requirement button opens the Update requirement window.
In every instance, each field has the same name and the same meaning.

Vendor (if setting up at the project level)Select one or more. Chosen vendors need not be invited yet, but must at least be assigned.
Note: If you choose Select all, the requirement is created for all subcontractors that already exist on the job, while subcontractors that are added to the job after this moment are not impacted.

Send notification when item has expiredChoose whether Trimble Pay should send an email notification to the vendor when the required item expires.
