Lower tier requirement Field Descriptions

A reference for completing the fields in the Add lower tier requirement window.

The Add lower tier requirement window appears during the course of creating lower-tier billing requirements.

Field Descriptions



Display name	Give the document type a name which is useful to you.
Document type	Choose one.
Condition	Choose what condition should trigger the requirement for your subcontractor to provide the document type you selected. All lower tiers - Any lower-tier subcontractor on the contract. Payment due this invoice > $0 - If the subcontractor's Application for Payment includes an estimated payment to any lower tier Balance to finish is $0 - If the paid-to-date amount on any of your subcontractor's lower-tier contracts is equal to its contract amount.
Due date	Given that a condition is met, choose when the requirement must be uploaded.
Sample	An option to attach a sample document which the subcontractor can view as a reference for their own document to upload.
Block invoicing until collected	Select if you want to require the subcontractor to upload the document before they can submit their next Application for Payment.
