Require Notarization on a Document

General contractors choose which required documents also require a notary stamp.

The required document must already be created as a Controlled Requirement. If needed, see Set up Project-specific Requirements.

To make notarization a requirement on an existing document:

From your Dashboard, select the project.
The list of project contracts displays.
Among the tabs at the top of the screen, select Billing requirements.
To require notarization for a document, select the Edit icon for that item in the Controlled requirements list.
A window opens.
Select the Requires notarization checkbox.

Trimble Pay now requires the submitting organization to notarize this document.

If making a certain document require notarization isn't working, submit a request for E-Notary document support.
