Use an existing job in your ERP system to create a new project in Trimble Pay.
In Spectrum, in JC Jobs, the Job status must be Active in order for Trimble Pay to be able to import.
- In the left-hand sidebar, select .
The grid displays all Spectrum jobs which have Active status but have not been imported.
- Select the checkbox for the project you want to import and select Next.
Tip: To speed processing, import only one job at a time.
- Review the project details and select Import.
The Spectrum job shows in your Dashboard, now as a Trimble Pay project.
- Select the newly imported project to open it. In project settings, enter the County.
- Complete the remainder of the setup in Trimble Pay. If needed, see Go Live with Trimble Pay (Integrated).
Your subcontracts, vendors, and change orders will flow from Spectrum to this project in Trimble Pay automatically once they reach their correct status.Note: Expect the following:
- If the Spectrum job has multiple owners associated with it, the import process assigns only the first one to the Trimble Pay project.
- For any required fields in the Spectrum job which are not populated prior to the import, Trimble Pay sets the value to "Not Provided" in the project.
