Import Subcontracts from Spectrum

Once you've imported a project into Trimble Pay, its subcontracts flow into Trimble Pay automatically.

Subcontracts flow into Trimble Pay when the following are true:

The project the subcontract pertains to already exists in Trimble Pay. For more information, see Import Projects from Spectrum.
The subcontract's Status in Spectrum is Active (A).

Note: It may take up to 45 minutes from the time a subcontract was made Active for it to show up in Trimble Pay.

The AP Subcontract shows up in the project contract list. The contract values and associated vendors are automatically set.

Select Send invitation to invite your subcontractor to their Trimble Pay contract.
