Users with Notary credentials can add those credentials to their account profile, granting themselves the ability to e-notarize within the application.
In order for your in-house notary to electronically notarize in Trimble Pay, they must have an account. If needed:
- Invite the Notary to set up an account
- provide the instructions to Set up a Trimble Pay™ Account
- Select your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the application screen.
- In the dropdown, select Account settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Notary section.
- Complete the required Notary fields.
- Select Save.
