Approvals Task List
The Approvals Task List makes reviewing and approving invoices more efficient. From one centralized location, your team can review and approve all pending invoices across all projects. In the navigation bar on the left side of your screen, you'll notice a new item called "Task List."
Partial Payments
- You are joint checking a subcontractor and need to issue a portion of the payment to the prime sub and mark the rest as paid
- You need to issue a portion of the payment early (perhaps to help a sub out) and issue the rest later
- You need to facilitate an early payment discount
Vista Integration: Payments Support
The Vista integration adds support for passing payment data from Flashtract to Vista. Once an invoice is exported/posted in Vista, any payments made against that invoice in Flashtract will automatically pass to Vista. This will appear in your Vista system as if you had generated a check against that invoice. The check number will be an arbitrary number, as no check will actually be cut.
Jonas Premier Integration
Flashtract now offers a full integration with Jonas Premier. The data flow will consist of approved projects, contracts, change orders and associated subcontractors flowing into Flashtract, and approved invoices and documents pushing back into Premier.
Comments Bubble for Subcontractors
The comments bubble now makes it much easier to see if any comments have been left by your general contractor. Select the bubble to see any and all unread comments.
