This release introduces an Integration improvement and a security enhancement.
Updates to in-app Branding
Following the merger of Flashtract and Trimble that took place in May, the Flashtract application will begin moving toward our new Trimble Pay branding starting in July.
What is changing:
- Different logos and branding throughout the application
- Different logos on emails generated by the application
- The "sent from" name for emails generated by the application will show "Trimble Pay" in your inbox
What isn't changing:
- All URLs will stay the same (you can still access Flashtract via https://app.flashtract.com/auth/login)
- Emails generated by Flashtract will still be sent from the no-reply@flashtract.com email address
All users (including subcontractors) will receive a dedicated email notification prior to the branding change that will explain what will look different and when the change will take place.
Single PDF Invoice Attachments for Integrations
All integrations built through App Xchange (formerly Ryvit) will now support the ability to push all invoice attachments over to your accounting/ERP system as a single PDF attachment. The following accounting/ERP systems are supported:
- Vista
- Sage 300 CRE
- CMiC
Automatic Session Timeout
In the spirit of increasing security, the system will now automatically sign a user out if the user has not been active in 60 minutes. Any activity performed by the user will result in that timer being reset. Examples of activity:
- Moving your mouse
- Selecting a button
- Scrolling up or down the page
