Use +Asm on the Advanced Catalog Editing toolbar to add a new cost item to several list assemblies at once.
Each cost item is based on the list assembly to which it is added. The reference and description for the cost item are based on the reference and description of the list assembly. All cost items added have the same type and quantity regardless of the list assemblies to which they are added. The cost item units are either the same as the list assembly or are the same for all cost items added.
The Advanced Catalog Editing toolbar needs to be enabled on the Settings tab of the Estimating Preferences screen before you can access it by clicking More on the speedbar.
To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
