Use Replace on the Advanced Catalog Editing toolbar to change the descriptions and references of multiple folders or cost items at one time.
The Advanced Catalog Editing toolbar needs to be enabled on the Settings tab of the Estimating Preferences screen before you can access it by clicking More on the speedbar.
To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
