You can convert an enterprise level assembly to a list assembly. When you convert to a list assembly, the application ignores the built-in calculations/formulas for assembly members and allows you to manually edit the quantity and unit of measure directly in the Estimate tab. This feature is particularly useful on bid day, when you need to quickly and easily make Make Bid Day Adjustments to your estimate.
If an enterprise level assembly has been converted to a list assembly, you can revert the list assembly back to its original type. When you revert back, the application prevents further manual changes to the quantity and unit of measure for assembly members that are formula-based. If you then recalculate the estimate, the application uses the original formulas, so any changes made before the reversion may be lost.
If you convert to a list assembly and then copy the list assembly, the copy cannot be reverted.To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
