You can copy WBS code names and structures between catalogs and estimates in the Estimating Explorer. This feature is usually used to copy the WBS code names and structures from a catalog to an estimate, which is based on the selected catalog.
To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
This feature copies both the WBS code names to the appropriate columns and the WBS code structures, including all the values, descriptions, quantities, units, baselines, and notes entered for each item in the WBS codes.
Note: You cannot copy just one WBS code name or structure.
You must copy all the WBS code names or structures together. You can always delete any
unwanted WBS code names or structures later.
