- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

Do one of the following to open the Estimating Explorer:
Click in the All Tasks pane.
From the Catalog tab, click Explorer
.
- In the From section, select whether you are copying the export code names from a Catalog or an Estimate.

Click
to select the catalog or estimate from which you want to copy the export code names.
- In the To section, select whether you are copying the export code names to a Catalog or an Estimate.

Click to select the catalog or estimate to which you want to copy the export code names.
- Click Globals.
- Select the Export Field Names checkbox to copy all the Export code names, which set the column headings of the export code names.
- Clear all the other options on the popup window unless you also want to copy any WBS, other, or calculator parameters.
- To copy the export code names to the target estimate or catalog, click OK.
- Click Close to close the Estimating Explorer.
