Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

From the Catalog tab or the
Estimate tab, click Define
on the
speedbar and select Globals.

Select the Export Names tab.

For each Export code, enter a descriptive name. By default, the Export codes are named Export1 through Export 6.
Note: If you want to remove an Export code from the Catalog or Estimate tab, delete the Export code name from the field. This will remove it from all parts of the window, including column views.

Select the Read-Only checkbox to make the export code read-only.
Note: Users are still able to enter values in the export codes in the cost item window, but the values are not saved.

When you have finished entering export code names, click OK.
