Select WBS/UBS code values for cost items

Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
From the Catalog or Estimate tab, select a column view that shows the WBS/UBS code for which you want to select values for cost items. See Work with Columns for more information.
Select the WBS/UBS code cell for the first cost item for which you want to select a WBS/UBS code value.
Click to select the appropriate value for the cost item from the drop-down, or enter the appropriate value for the cost item directly in the field.
Note: Viewpoint recommends that you select the WBS/UBS code value from the drop-down to ensure that the values match exactly.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each cost item for which you want to select WBS/UBS code values.
