Create a bid day instance to manipulate an estimate's price with what-if scenarios and adjust the bottom line quickly, which allows you to send your best bid on bid day.

You can create as many bid day instances as needed, so you can experiment with different numbers and scenarios.
  1. Create an estimate.
  2. Add financial cost items to use in bid day adjustments.
  3. Create a bid day instance.
  4. Create invitations to bid to get bids from vendors for various parts of the estimate and select which bid to use.
  5. Adjust dollar amounts for WBS codes and apply the adjustments to the cost items.
