Replace the quantity with the Working Total

Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
Open the Estimate tab.
In the Working Total field, enter the quantity to use.
In the Unit field, enter the unit for the quantity.
Select any cell of the cost item to which you want to copy the Working Total.
Click Replace or right click and select Working Total > Replace.
If the units in the working total are different than the cost item, click Yes to confirm the replacement.
