- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
- Open the Estimate tab.
- In the Working Total field, enter the quantity to use.
- In the Unit field, enter the unit for the quantity.
- Select any cell of the cost item to which you want to copy the Working Total.
- Right click and select .
