Send Items to the Notepad

You can send cost items in the estimate to the Notepad Tab. Only the description, quantity, unit, and comment of the cost item are copied to the NotePad. All other cost item information is ignored.

Note: Sending a cost item to the NotePad tab does not remove the item from the Estimate tab.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
