- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
- Open the Estimate tab.
- Double-click the column header you want to sort the estimate by. By default, the estimate is sorted in an ascending order on the first sort of that column with an arrow pointing upward.
- Double-click the column header again to sort the estimate by that column in a descending order. This is denoted by the arrow on the column header pointing downward.
- To revert the estimate to its original sort, double-click the top-most left cell.
