Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

Open the Alternates, Catalog, Change Orders, Estimate, or Summary tab.

Click
on the speedbar
to show the Column toolbar, if it is not already open.

Select the appropriate columns you want shown, column widths, column order, decimal places you want to display.

Click
on the Column toolbar.

In the Name field, enter a name for the column view you want to save. Note that the name that appears in this field is the name of the last column view you selected.

Click OK to save the column view with the name you entered. The column view is saved. You can now select it from the list of column views.
