Export the estimate to Master Builder

Open the Manage Estimates screen and open the estimate job from which you want to export information.
Click Estimating > Tools > Estimating Import/Export Tool in the All Tasks pane.
Select the Export tab.
Select MasterBuilder.
Click OK.
Click to select the WBS field to map to the Part Number.
Note: If you are not exporting part numbers, select a blank WBS code.
Select the Include Bid Items, from WBS checkbox to include bid items in the export. Click to select the WBS field to map to Bid Items.
Select the Include Phases, from WBS checkbox to include bid items in the export. Click to select the WBS field to map to Phases.
Select the Include Cost Codes, from WBS checkbox to include bid items in the export. Click to select the WBS field to map to Bid Items.
Select the Include tasks, from WBS checkbox to include bid items in the export. Click to select the WBS field to map to tasks.
Click OK.
Select a folder, enter a File name, and click Save.
When the export is complete, click OK.
