Export your data to Spectrum

  1. Open the Manage Estimates screen and open the estimate job from which you want to export information.
  2. Click Estimating > Tools > Estimating Import/ExportTool in the All Tasks pane
  3. Select the Export tab.
  4. Select Dexter & Chaney.
  5. Click OK.
  6. In the Use for Cost ID field, select the option for what to use for the Cost ID.
  7. If you selected Export code or WBS code in the previous step, click to select the code to use for the Cost ID.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Select a folder, enter a File name, and click Save.
  10. When the export is complete, click OK.
