Change the order of fields in an existing template

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Click Estimating > Tools > Estimating Import/Export Tool from All Tasks pane.
  3. On the Import tab, select Estimate ASCII or Database ASCII.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Template.
  6. Click on the template you want to modify.
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Select the field you want to move in the Field Name popup window.
  9. Use the directional buttons on the right of the Field Name popup window to move the selected field up or down. Repeat this step as needed.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Close.
  12. Click Cancel.
