Use the Estimating Import/Export Tool to import cost items into the catalog. Use a template to define the structure of the import file. See Import/Export Templates for information on creating a template.
You can import updated information for cost items already in the catalog. This is especially useful for if you use third-party catalogs and receive regular updates for those catalogs.
To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
