For the API import, the only usable fields are Division, Cost Code, Task, and Vendor.
All other fields are irrelevant to the process. Importing is typically a one-time
event.

Verify that the Master Builder API is running.
Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

Click in the All Tasks pane.

From the Import tab, select MasterBuilder.

Click OK.

Click Select Master Builder Database.

Navigate to the folder that contains the Master Builder database and click OK.

In the WBS Code Mapping area, click
to select the appropriate value for each WBS code.

In the Import/Export area, verify that the Import option is selected.
