- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
- From the NotePad or Takeoff tab, enter the appropriate quantity in the Working Total field. You can also digitize the quantity in the Takeoff tab.
- Select any cell on the row of the item for which you want to replace the quantity.

on the speedbar.
