Add tags to sheets in order to identify and categorize imported drawings using one or more keywords. Once you have added tags to your sheets, you have the ability to filter the sheets displayed in the Sheets tab using tags.
For example, you could add the tag First Floor to sheets containing blueprints for the first floor of a building and then filter the Sheets tab to display only the sheets with that tag.
You can add tags when you Add Sheets to a job in the Sheets tab or when you Edit Sheet Properties (both in the Sheets tab and in the Takeoff tab). In addition, you can add tags for multiple sheets at once using the Add/Remove Tags option within the right-click menu of the Sheets tab. Steps for adding tags when editing sheet properties and adding tags for multiple sheets at once are shown below.
To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
