Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen. From the Takeoff tab, open the Alternate panel tab. Expand the alternate that contains the cost item you want to modify. Select the cost item you want to modify. Click Takeoff Item and select Edit Item. Modify the fields on the Cost Item window for the type of cost item you are modifying: Cost Item (Basic)List Assembly Quick Assembly Visual Assembly Bid Items Click OK.
