Assign an annotation to a layer

If you have an annotation selected, an Assign column is displayed in the Edit layer properties window. This option will allow you to assign the annotation to layers you have added.
  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From the Takeoff tab, click on the speedbar and select the annotation you want to assign to a layer.
  3. Click Layers on the speedbar.
  4. On the Job layers tab, select the checkbox in the Assign column for each layer that you want to show the annotation.
  5. Click OK.
