- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

From the Takeoff tab, click
Sheets
on the speedbar and
select the sheet you want to crop.

Click Crop
on the
speedbar or right-click on the sheet and select Crop - Select Boundaries.
- Click on the drawing and use the mouse to draw a rectangle around the section of the sheet you want to keep.
- Click the control points to adjust the rectangle if necessary.

Once the area you want to
keep is selected, click Crop
again or
right-click and select Crop - Finish.
- Review the warning. If you are certain you have selected the area you want to keep, click OK.
